Great location, clean, comfortable, nice coffee maker with complimentary coffee, mini frig
Remote for ac unit malfunctioned, but we were able to operate ac on the unit itself.

Great location on the edge of Ragusa Ibla with a parking lot very close by. Good size room & shower; hot & powerful water. Quiet at night. Good WiFi. Only 1 easy flight of stairs to reach the rooms. Restaurants nearby
Host was not responsive in a timely manner. Instructions provided were VERY minimal. I had to request the WiFi password and wait for a reply. I finally got the password from another guest who had the same experience. It felt as though I was dealing with an AI host in another country.
