Amazing stay in a small hand carved comfy stone cottage surrounded with lush greenery located outside of Kumily. Lovely knowledgeable and thoughtful hosts made sure that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Simple but tastefully decorated interior - good provision of amenities. Delicious meals. This is a place for those looking for a quiet eco-friendly place with quality, away from all the hustle and bustle. Highly recommended.
Nothing, but one of the nights got rather chilly - recommend to take extra layers for those traveling in the cooler season (weather is different from the lowland of Kerala). Also note that the drive from Fort Cochin could get quite long, so recommend to take one or two breaks in between (you can ask the driver if you are taking private transport).
