    I booked a 'mystery room' that was meant to be assigned on the day, and I mistakenly thought I had a good chance of getting a nice room with an ensuite since there were far more ensuite rooms than not, and I could see that the hotel still had several of these rooms available. However, I was told by Staff upon arrival that I had booked the lowest-priced room with a shared bathroom (complete with the smell of someone who had just taken a dump in it!) and that there was no such thing as a 'mystery' room choice. In other words, when I booked my room well in advance when rates were 'cheap', I should have paid only slightly more to secure an ensuite room rather than the extra $$$ I had to pay on arrival for one of the ensuite rooms that were still available. From that point of view, this stay was awful, but it comes down to Agoda's less than honest tactics, not the hotel's. That sucked, but the gorgeous room, lovely common area with kitchen, lounge and fireplace and helpful staff turned this into a great stay for me. I recommend it - just don't click the 'mystery room' option!!!!

    Bed and breakfast in a great location within easy walking distance of bus stops, trains, and the Metro. The rooms are a good size with an ensuite.
