The service was really good. The team made the effort to assist the customer and are polite and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and the location was good.
The access to the location is hard, it is an open road to reach it, and it could be confusing, once you manage that, to get from the hotel to the town is a little steep, but short. If you have accessibility issues this hotel is not for you. Ideal if you travel with friends and family.

Comfortable bed, hot water in the shower. Basic but good breakfast. Very clean and the room got cleaned everyday you wanted it to be cleaned. Nice common areas and breakfast area. It is close to the main square although you had to climb and go down some steep hills. There is a laundrette very near by as well as a massage place. Nice restaurants were within a 10 minute walk.
The room had no window so it got very stuffy, we opened the door which helped. You had no privacy as it overlooked the breakfast area so we had to have the curtain closed at all times. In the morning was very noisy due to the breakfast area and the staff that were preparing the breakfast. The walls were very thin so you can hear other people.

The staff was very nice, the canaña was amazing, my room was dark and quite, perfect to sleep, the common area was also great and the view from the breakfast area is wonderful
We had issues with the water temperature - it was cold (i do believe that it was some temporary issue that later got resolved, so probably not gonna be a problem in the future)

Super friendly and nice staff.
Nice breakfast view and options (egg, toastie or granola).
Very clean room.
Room really hot with no fan and shutters just open to the hallway.
Really noisy from 7am onwards and all the voices echo through the building, impossible to sleep through. Think it is the staff getting ready for breakfast.
