Everything was fine

I parked my car in q park. I got my ticket stamped at the reception. I went to my room. I wanted to get food from outside so I went back to reception and told him I'm going out as I need to get food, the man said someone will wait for me at the exit. I went and no one was there, I inserted my ticket and left. When I returned I told them no one was waiting for me. The same man said "you never told me you were leaving." Very dishonest. Your staff should be taught honesty and basic good character. I didnt want to cause problems so I just ignored it and spoke with the gentle woman who was also there.

The breakfast was great, but quite annoying that you have to book it in advance. On our last morning we had no breakfast as it was booked out. But despite this it was tasty food. The staff were also very accommodating and kind. The jacuzzi was a great touch to our holiday.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable. It did not feel like a 5 star hotel bed, moreso like a pull out sofa bed. The cleaners come every 4 days, and as we had only a 3 night stay, our room was not cleaned once. We weren’t supplied robes/slippers like any other hotel do, which was annoying for when you go to the pool in your swimsuit through the hotel.

Location, ease of access, parking, size and facilities of room. Breakfasts are good and the fitness facilities excellent, but shoulder press machine needs oiling as squeaky. Staff are great, friendly and helpful, we really enjoyed and will enjoy again staying

Floor in room dirty/dusty, TV signal not the best, no guide to channels. Pillows, 2 great, additional pillows were flat and lumpy

*check in- it was easy and quick i was checked in early (around 1:30-2 pm) as my apartment was ready *location it quiet but you can see the arndale and takes about 4-5 mins to reach there. *good sound proofing *spacious (family apartment) *good breakfast , english breakfast, egg Benedict, shakshuka , turkish eggs , continental and a few options for vegetarians. *amenities everything was provided in the kitchen and bathroom , you could ask for coffee pods refill or tea bags or toilet papers if you have a long stay. My towels were changed without asking mid stay as my booking was for 8 nights, there was also free clean upon request if you are staying more than a week but i didn’t request it *internet, you sign in with ask4 company for internet and create an account which allows you to connect 4 devices per apartment. *Tvs are smart tvs but unfortunately you have to use your own login info for Netflix, i thought it was included. *there is a waste room in each floor so you can put your trash/waste there. *washing machine is a big bonus, you need to buy your detergent though. There was also dish washer with few cleaning pods supplied , dish washing detergent, a sponge and cloth towel. Different varieties of pans and pots, toaster , kettle, nespresso coffee machine , hob, microwave and an oven , a safe , iron and ironing board, hairdryer. *There is a well equipped gym open 24/7 and a good size indoor heated pool (I think from 6am -10 pm) , i checked them out but have not used them

*there was a problem in AC controller, showing error since my arrival I couldn’t adjust the room temperature or fan settings, the apartment was very very warm , can’t open windows for ventilation I couldn’t breathe really, I notified the receptionist and my apartment was changed (upgraded) at the end as maintenance said they will fix it the next day not the same day but there was miscommunication and delay. I had to keep going to the reception asking for updates from 3 pm until 6ish pm until i finally moved *you are advised to book breakfast but even with booking if it is busy or they are understaffed, you will wait , one day they were understaffed and i waited 5 mins to be seated and another 20 mins just for them to take my order. I used to book 8:30 am for 1 person during the week days and almost always busy although they advertise busy time 9:30-11. Last day i booked 7:45 am on a sunday and it was amazing. *although it is sound proofed, you can still hear people above you so every morning and every night I heard my neighbour moving furniture trying to open or close the sofa bed. *only 2 elevators serving the whole building so it takes time sometimes especially if you are on a higher floor (i think its 16 floors) *some guests were complaining about the noises and loud music coming from the Embankment Lounge ( level 1) as it was hired for parties and events, thankfully i was on the 8th floor so i didn’t hear it. *on my last day there was no wifi , something happened nearby affected ask4 internet service, i woke up 6 am with no internet then i found an email sent 3 am there was internet outage until 8 am they sent another email saying it might take until 5pm to be fixed with no substitution.

Great staff and customer service. Ideal location. Accommodation great with all facilities needed. Fantastic breakfast. Overall a great stay. The staff are what makes this hotel. They were friendly, professional and very accommoding.

A little cleaner in certain areas. The hydro pool wasn't working in one hotel, but i was allowed to use the one in the other hotel. This is just been picky.

A very clean, beautiful room in a good location. The pool and the staff's work in general did not cause any negative impressions. The only thing I slightly lowered my rating for was the staff, because I needed new batteries for the safe and instead of just giving them to me, we waited a very long time for the technician and went to the reception twice. Otherwise, I have no complaints about the staff. My only question is for the owner. Otherwise, I am even surprised at the quality of the room and how comfortable it is.

Internet access really spoils the impression. They make you fill out so much information it feels like the only thing they don't ask for is a passport photo. It's not very clear why it was done this way. In the end, I logged in from one device and shared the internet with the others, because I just didn't want to go through the authentication procedure again. There are too many forms and too much information they take from me. And the second thing is that we booked breakfast right away. But getting to breakfast is a bit less of a quest than getting access to Wi-Fi. But you also need to book a table online in advance, and since the restaurant overbooks, all the problems that come with that are obvious. If you don't do this right when you check in, you probably won't get any breakfast... And of course, there are no refunds either.

The staff were amazing — especially Natrou and Aaresha, who made us feel really comfortable and set such a positive tone for the rest of the trip. The breakfast was delicious, and the stay was great value for money. The hotel was clean, the bathroom was beautiful, and I loved that all the TVs were smart TVs with Netflix and YouTube — it made everything feel even more relaxing. Would definitely stay again!

Hotel is center of the Manchester great location. Embedded kitchen and restaurant great. Walking distance every good places

Actually deposit system little bir different. Because when u leave the facility they look room and realese the deposit. It may be when we check out personel come and look room.

Everything was superb as always. Clean and comfortable apartment. Nice and friendly staff in the reception.

Staff at the restaurant get confused on busy days (weekend) and mix up orders. Little bit slow as well. Food is excellent, both breakfast and dinner from menu.

Really convenient place to stay when attending a gig at the nearby arena. The suite had everything we needed - clean & comfortable. Although we didn't use them, having the gym and swimming pool would have been great if we had stayed more than one night.

Very spacious 1 bed apartment with kitchenette- we were provided accommodation for 2 nights at very short notice. The building has a pool which is always nice in a city! Overall a lovely 2 night stay.

Originally we were unpacked in our apartment and had to be moved apartment due to no air con and the apartment was VERY hot - bit of a pain really

The property was lovely and clean. Also the location was perfect for where we wanted to be.

We stayed in August and our aircon didn’t work and as we were quite high up we couldn’t even open the windows to a vent so there was no airflow which was not great when we came to sleep.

Room was very clean, location was amazing for where we were going. Breakfast was excellent, a bit pricey but the food was good. Bar staff were really friendly.

Reception staff could have been better, only gave 1 key to get into the room had to ask for another. The spa was not working properly and we had to go and ask twice to have it switched on. I booked 2 rooms and we were on different floors so it was a little bit of an issue to get to each others room

We booked the one-bed apartment this time instead of the studio and it was definitely worth the additional cost — much more space and comfort. That said, the studio apartment is still good and well equipped. The property is run like a hotel but the rooms are spacious apartments with everything you need, including a washing machine, oven/hob, and kitchen facilities. Much more comfortable than a standard hotel, with a large sofa and modern TV you can connect your phone to or stream Netflix. Facilities are excellent — there’s a good gym, swimming pool, and you can also use the pool and steam room at CitySuites Two. The restaurant downstairs is a nice bonus. The location is ideal, right in the city centre and within walking distance of everything. A great mix of hotel service and apartment comfort.

The only downside was that the air conditioning in our room (1014) didn’t work at all, even though it was set to 16 degrees throughout our stay. Hopefully this is fixed soon as it did affect the comfort a little

CitySuites benefits from a perfect location, right in the heart of Manchester, and the building itself is modern and new. The on-site restaurant is a strong point, offering good quality and convenience.

Location was great, friendly staff. Nice and clean. Shops close by, 5 min walk into centre but far enough away for no noise. Good amount of kitchen facilities. Hairdryer and iron provided. Great for a 2 night stay. Nice pool , clean and quiet.

Bed was not comfortable , lumpy and small . I was on the understanding it was a bigger bed than a double. No area to place luggage. An area to get ready like a dressing table would be recommended. Not enough towels if staying for longer than 2 nights.

Shower didn’t close. Sink didn’t drain the water, so it was hard even to brush teeth. We waited 1.5 hours for breakfast it’s unacceptable for this price. They provided a wrong breakfast, e.g instead of English breakfast, I got vegan breakfast. Instead of egg Benedict I got a fried egg. No info that we need to reserve a table before breakfast, so additional waiting in queues. Personal has a very difficult accent for foreigners. I know it’s a Manchester, but I think for such price hotel should have some stuff standards.

The rooms were really comfortable and modern, had everything you could need - the coffee pods in the room were especially nice. The bathroom was pristine. We also really enjoyed being able to use the pool and the gym. On top of this the breakfast options were great, I personally much preferred being able to pick from a menu rather than buffet style which most hotels would offer - it was really good to have the option of tofu with some of the breakfast options. On top of all this the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming.

the fact that my window could be fully opened and |I was on the 8th floor very concerning if children in room
