Breathtaking Apartment

The girl how arranged Check-In (Zuzanna) was absolutely brilliant, she could do enough for us. She arranged an earlier Check-In that expected and was in consent contact and also arrange a little later Check-Out, again I can't fault her. Yes, the apartment is a little dated in areas, but kitchen is brand new, whole apartment was spotlessly clean. The Terrace is fantastic. Numerous Bars & Restaurants literally 30 second walk from the apartment, also the same can be said for the Beach

Nothing, everything was perfect

La cercanía a la playa y la urbanización es muy tranquila, la piscina estaba casi siempre vacía.. muy bien

Faltan persianas en algunas ventanas y entra mucha luz por la mañana, en una habitación no hay aire acondicionado y hace mucho calor. Se supone que antes de irte es tu obligación dejar los platos fregados y al llegar nos encontramos con mucha parte de la vajilla sucia.

Es war vielleicht früher einmal ein „ Breathtaking „ - Apartment, heute ist nur noch die Aussicht schön. Die Sauberkeit in der Küche ist eine Katastrophe, das Geschirr stand teilweise noch vom Vorgänger schmutzig im Schrank. Insbesondere das Bad, aber auch die anderen Räume waren nur sehr oberflächlich gereinigt. Der Esszimmertisch wurde anscheinend von einem Laien oberflächlich lackiert, wenn man etwas darauf legte oder stellte, klebte es fest. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung, besonders das Mobiliar, in die Jahre gekommen und ist stark renovierungsbedürftig. Das Preis - Leistungsverhältnis passt gar nicht. Man kann nicht immer nur mit der Aussicht punkten und damit den Preis hoch halten.

Breathtaking walk from underground parking to top floor flat 6 flights of stairs with luggage and shopping. Appartement in need of repairs. Very poorly equipped kitchen, cupboards full no space for guest shopping, shutter won't close properly in bedroom, no cushions for hard plastic loungers. Too much of owners items/decor everywhere. Expensive for a tired old appartment with front view obscured by two restaurant chimneys and huge palm trees. Not what we were expecting. Difficult to find with no instructions from the owner. No instructions for the washing machine which was a challenge to work out.
