Sva tri obroka su bila odlicna . Svako od osoblja je bio maximalno ljubazan i spreman da pomogne .
Sto se nas tice mi nemamo negativnih komentara .

Very clean, nice pools, especially nice for the kids
Everything was nice. If I really have to find something that can be improved, food is nice but could have more variation

The hotel is good, the surrounding nature is stunning. It is great that the swimming pools and saunas work till midnight - we went there after 21.00 everyday and had all the spa facilities to ourselves!
A very strong smell of desinfectant in the room - we had an impression that someone died there and they had to desinfect everything 🤠. When people smoke on the neighbouring balconies, your room will fill up with smoke as well - and all the serbs smoke a lot. The bar in the spa area is filled with smoke all the time - you can only sit outside if its not too cold or raining. The worst thing about the hotel is their full-board: the food is inedible, horrible, disgusting. They use left-overs from lunch to cook the dinner and breakfast. And you do not have any options - there are no caffes or restaurants in the village, and no alternative options in the hotel.
