The whole house was ok. Enough space for all of us. Liked the location. Great restaurants close to the house.
Experienced a limited warm water availability May be just a one time problem.

the place fit perfectly to our group, 3 adults and 3 kids. the house layout is nice with kitchen and dining area downstairs, and 3 bedrooms upstairs. We didn’t know until last night that near the location is a very nice restaurant Romeo’s Cafe, with a very nice host and a very good cook.
the location is a little far from the beach, lucky for us that we rented a car from the airport.

Traveling to Corfu for many years with a family of five we found this house only mediocre and way overpriced even for that northeast area of the island which we like a lot.
Among the many disappointments was a bathroom under construction, unreliable water supply in the shower, a blow-up bed for two in one bedroom, missing basic kitchen items and a very moist smell.
I would not recommend Villa Niki. It did not feel like a holiday home, but like someone’s dated residential home.
