Cosy place for a family

Hot tub was very nice addition. Apartment very cosy, nice open living room and dining area. Clear instructions for parking, garbage disposal etc. Need to order towels in advance for extra charge (owner will inform about that in advance)

good location; smooth communication; clean; easy checkin and checkout; we lived in the duplex apartment. The jacuzzi room is not within the apartment. it is right opposite to the apartment, very close; the owner had clear communication before checkin that towels are not included;

the cleaning fee does not include trash takeout. Guests have to take out trash. Trash site is about 10 minutes walking from the apartment; The free parking is about 50-100 meters from the apartment. Since the road is one-way. If guests want to load or pickup, they need to drive for about 5-10 minutes to get back to the apartment from the parking lot.

The availability of Jean Michele and his recommendations. The facilities general terms. Very completed services. Jacuzzi Area and traditional constrution keeping the traditional style.

A relaxing weekend break into the Alps

The house was exactly like in the photos, the view was amazing and it was really quite. We had a really nice stay

1. the internet was very poor at the Leon Apartment. 2. it seemed really odd that the property didn't provide towels (?) 3. the jacuzzi was really nice but it had dirt and smelled (probably because of the pipes or because of the water evacuation sistem).

Spotless house, close to Aosta town, quality restaurants, baker and mini-market in the same road, helpful host, spacious rooms and comfortable space, soaps and some basic snacks were also left for us upon arrival, netflix on tv, very well equipped kitchen.

ideal to relax in a clean and comfort property. Excellent.

The host is really nice and very welcome. He prepared for us some biscuits and things we could have our first breakfast. He was really helpful when we asked for some extra pillows, and was always there when we required anything. He explained all what we could find in the surrounding area and nearby city, villages, attractions and shops. The house is really clean and complimented with a Jacuzzi. Parking nearby is really easy and FREE :). But on the whole it is an excellent property to stay in. definitely we recommend and we will be back again.

The only improvement that required the house is, extra space/ storage were to hang clothes.

Perfetto per gli amanti della montagna

La posizione è ottima perché a poca distanza dalle principali attrazioni. Inoltre fuori dell'appartamento c'è anche un parco giochi (x chi ha figli è importante). Il paese di Nus anche se piccolino offre tutto il necessario, supermercato, panetteria,alimentari, pizzeria e ristorante, farmacia.

l'unica cosa che vorrei segnalare è che forse l'appartamento(jona) non è proprio adatto per 4 persone. Avendo ragazzi grandi ci siamo sentiti un pochino sacrificati anche sul tavolo da pranzo/colazione. Poi se si va solo a dormire non ci sono problemi. In ogni caso noi abbiamo prenotato all'ultimo momento quindi presumo che gli appartamenti più spaziosi fossero già occupati.

C’è una stanza con grande vasca idromassaggio per due persone, sauna e doccia con cromoterapia (colori che cambiano ciclicamente). E bollitore per tisana nella stessa stanza. Una SPA in un appartamento! Oltre ad un’altra doccia nel bagno attiguo. Arredamento moderno, con pareti colorate, tv con Netflix nella sala/angolo cottura, altra tv in camera da letto, cortile interno privato adiacente alla sala/cucina. Frigo colorato. Tutto molto ben arredato e piacevole. Appartamento rinfrescato con aria condizionata con bocchette nel soffitto. Si fatica a capire da dove esca perché non da’ nessun fastidio. Muri molto spessi che isolano. Lavatrice e stendino nel cortile. Microonde in cucina. Ottimo phon anche con diffusore. Non manca proprio niente. Negozietto di alimentari da raggiungere a piedi o altro supermercato poco lontano. Alcuni piccoli parcheggi molto vicini

Stanza da letto piccolissima. Non c’è armadio e la valigia abbiamo dovuto metterla in cucina. Appartamento a pian terreno con poca luce esterna, ma comunque dotato di buona illuminazione interna.

La pulizia e la zona tranquilla

I miei figli hanno soggiornato in questa struttura con alcuni amici e l’esperienza non è stata affatto soddisfacente. Solo a metà vacanza è stato detto loro che l’acqua non era potabile: un’informazione fondamentale che sarebbe dovuta essere comunicata subito, al check-in, e chiaramente specificata nell’annuncio. Inoltre, l’ultimo giorno il proprietario si è presentato pretendendo che lavassero le lenzuola, altrimenti avrebbero dovuto pagare 40 euro ciascuno. Questa clausola non era scritta da nessuna parte né nelle condizioni di prenotazione, quindi assolutamente fuori luogo. Un comportamento scorretto e poco trasparente che ci ha lasciato molto delusi. Non consiglio questa struttura a chi cerca serietà e chiarezza.

Etape d’une nuit en famille sur la route des vacances. Le logement était très propre , bien situé dans un petit village avec de très bons restaurants . L’hôte a été très accueillant et très clair dans toutes les explications ! Je recommande fortement et reviendrai volontiers dans ce logement .

Appartamento piccolo ma molto confortevole, nuovo, una cucina ben fornita di elettrodomestici, ampio TV. Sala con idromassaggio e sauna. All'esterno tavolo e ombrellone per godere l'aria aperta. Molto gradito trovare marmellate e fette biscottate monoporzione per la colazione, tè, olio, zucchero, che spesso non porti da casa.
