Appartamento al primo piano in un condominio facile da raggiungere in auto e dotato di posto auto condominiale privato. Vicinissimo alla zona pedonale del centro di Aosta (circa 10 minuti a piedi). La zona è tranquilla e sicura. Appartamento molto pulito, luminoso e fornito di tutto il necessario. Letto matrimoniale e divano letto entrambi comodi. Proprietaria molto accogliente e disponibile.
La vicinanza alla strada lo rende un pochino rumoroso (ma essendo in una città è normale che sia così). Non c'è ascensore.

la posizione é ottima perché vicina al centro. L'appartamento è accogliente a spazioso
Il materasso del letto é troppo duro. La camera essendo adiacente alla strada rimane un po' disturbata. Gli inquilini che abitano accanto ci hanno disturbato con schiamazzi e litigi inoltre hanno dei cani che di notte di spesso abbaiano.
