many things, notably: + view from the rooftop terrace and barbeque facilities there + comfy beds + garage place for a family car, we also parked our two bicycles there + quite small but fully equipped kitchen + German precission whereever you look + close to the cycling trails + internet connection (kind of community wifi) was okay (5-12 mbit) with few drops when too many people got connected

nothing serious, few things to take into consideration: - quite loud neighbors downstairs but one can do nothing about that - plenty of stairs from the underground parking to the very top (2nd) floor but it is explicitely noted in description - the boiler only accomodates enough hot water for one shower at a time but it was winter and you hardly find anyting better in whole Spain - sliding french windows but thats more about a personal preference (and lowering heat emissions and energy consumption)

We thought it would be nice to work from 'home' in a sunnier place, so we booked this apartment. The hosts were super friendly, flexible and reacted very quickly! The apartment was very comfortable with everything we needed. We loved the roof terrace, there's a lot of space and the view is wonderful! I worked on the roof terrace a few times, and some of my colleagues thought I had a fake background in our video calls, because the view was so nice! 15 minutes walking from the apartment, there's a beautiful viewpoint to the sea, and with 15 minutes by car you are in the centre of Aguilas.

There is no supermarket at walking distance.

Main door security requires attention. Host advised.
