A clean, comfortable apartment in a great location — a lovely place to stay in Gdańsk

The apartment I stayed in was very nice and clean, and it was in a great location in Gdańsk. The bed was comfortable, which made it easy to relax after a long day. Overall, it was a really pleasant and convenient place to stay.

Excellent value for money and great location.

Great location, only ten minutes walk from the beginning of the Christmas Market. Lovely modern apartment with all the amenities you could need for a short stay. Had a minor issue with a toaster not working, informed the friendly receptionist who had it swapped for a new one immediately. Stay was an absolute bargain and would highly recommend.

The apartment was very spacious and located in a very good spot only 10 minutes walk from the main area of Gdansk centre.

The property could of had some dishwasher tablets supplied or tea towels to dry items.

Clean and well-located apartment with a quiet atmosphere and a nice river view, though squeaky bed.

I used to live in this neighborhood in Gdańsk, so the location is very familiar to me. If you want to stay close to the city center but still enjoy a quiet place to sleep, this is a perfect choice. Everything was clean, and all the electrical appliances worked properly.

There was no shampoo provided, but that’s not a big deal. The only real discomfort for us was the bed—it squeaked loudly with every turn, which disturbed our sleep. I only realized how much it affected us once I returned home and laid down on my own bed, which of course makes no noise at all when turning.

Great location and flat but shady practice around the deposit - watch out for that!

The location near the centre is great, the flat was spacious and nicely designed. The staff at reception was friendly and accommodating - we could check in earlier than is advertised on the web.

The kitchenette was ok to use but please provide tea towels - not everybody wants/needs to use the dishwasher all the time. The floor in the room was not too clean - it probably was not wiped just hoovered. The worst thing - and WARNING: Upon arrival guests are required to produce a credit card on which a PLN 400 deposit is blocked. According to the Terms and Conditions provided on Booking.com this deposit is returned within 14 days after check-out. 2 weeks is already long BUT: Staywin does not actively cancel the transaction and relies on your bank to do so. Depending on your bank, this might take much longer (30 days in my case), which I find outrageous. Staywin does not state this in their T & C and was reluctant to resolve this. Lazy.

A microwave would have been nice and a small table to eat at inside. Weather wasn’t conducive to using the balcony table and moving it inside was awkward.

A great short stay on a friends trip

The apartment was spacious and comfortable, clean and well equipped . The sofa bed and room wa ample for 3 people. The location was great, nice cafe nearby, close proximity to a takeaway and small supermarket and only a 10min walk to the old town.

The apartment was very warm and there was some noise from the neighbors during the evening hours, but overall it was a pleasant stay

Very good stay.

Great location, eveything clean and tidy. Good bed and no noise at night. Having a washing machine was very nice. I would have liked to see and hear more than local tv or dubbed but it was not a big thing for me because I was out most of they time.

The only thing that I did not like, was that the shower had no power. I had problems washing the soap out of my hair, took forever because rhere was sso little water.

I went to the hotel on the 1st of June and checked in until the 5th, but I had no information if I had to leave a deposit of 200 zlotys, after that when I left the hotel they said that the deposit would be returned the next day, but when I called, they said that the money would not be returned to the account for 40 days.👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

It was really nice place to stay! I’m sure I would stay again. Apartament near the centre, many cafes, restaurants, it was possible to find a place for a car at Chmielna street. Rooms were lovely and comfortable.

Great location and modern

Very modern and 7-10 minute walk into centre. Definitely a bit of luxe to the holiday. The staff were helpful and arranged a personal transfer for us which was £26.

Half way through we were hit with a cleaning fee which wasn’t disclosed at the start of the stay, which I think is a bit unprofessional and we had to pay a damage fee for having makeup on towels, which surely would go under the cleaning fee.

Great apartment close to centre

Lovley clean apartments, easy check in, only a 10 min walk from city centre, little shop for any food you need next to apartments, a bar not far. Good size with enough storage for clothes, a little eahing machine in toilet. although it snowed and had hail the fan in bedroom ceiling was a good idea, kept us cool as rooms were warm, Little balcony looking over river would be lovley in summer, but if sitting its a wall in front so probably wodnt see over. Better with an apartment with the glass balcony to sit out. We were in apartment 63.

No spare pillows and we're very soft, not great quality, beds were comfortable enough. No towel to dry dishes and no salt in salt dish. Only little things but small things make a difference. Not a lover of keycodes to get into building and also room, especially if you forget them or lose the codes. Keycards would be better. Security deposit should be pending, not charged straight away. Definitely recommend though. Would return.
