Lovely spacious room with even better staff!

As soon as we arrived we were accommodated for, the room was lovely and the staff amazing. We got married whilst in Paros and received a lovely gift in the room, the thought was so lovely. The rooms are clean, spacious and the property is a short walk (15mins) to Piso Livadi

Couldn't have been better 💙

I had the pleasure of spending 11 wonderful days in this beautiful accommodation and I am still completely thrilled. My suite was tastefully furnished, very clean, and offered a magnificent sea view. I particularly loved the terrace with its cozy daybed - relaxing there and letting my gaze wander over the sea was simply magical. Emmanouela and her husband are exceptionally hospitable and provided me with great tips so that I could experience the island at its best. From the very first moment, I felt at home – this warmth is priceless. It was my best vacation in years, and I can't wait to come back. If you're looking for peace and genuine Greek hospitality, this is the place for you. 💙

Perfect self catering apartment with lovely hosts

Had a lovely stay here, host was great at communication & her husband Frank was an absolute legend, he stayed up to show us to our room when our ferry got in late and also dropped us to the bus stop so we didn’t have to walk with luggage, Thankyou Frank ! Everything else was perfect for what we needed. Nice clean rooms, working aircon, 5 minute walk to the beach, 2 mins to the bakery. Thankyou for a lovely stay !

I want to extend a huge thank you to Emmanouela for making our stay in Paros so comfortable. She was always in touch with us, and her communication was very efficient. Emmanouela ensured we had enough water and toilet paper in the apartment, collected the rubbish every day, and changed the bed linens and towels as needed. She also suggested some great places to visit. Throughout our stay, she was kind, pleasant, and extremely helpful. The room itself was cozy and beautifully decorated. We enjoyed having a small terrace where we could relax and take in the views of the mountains and the distant sea. The location was perfect: just a 7-minute walk to the beach, a fantastic tavern called “Anna & Giorgos” only 1 minute away, along with a small bakery and a mini market. A larger supermarket is a 10-minute walk away in Marpissa. We also enjoyed strolling through the nearby villages of Marpissa and Prodromos.

Pleasant & Quiet Stay in Paros

We had a beautiful time at Aspries Suites! Emmanouela & Frank were very welcoming and accommodating and they made sure our stay was pleasant. It is located in a quieter area of the island (which we did not mind at all) but there are still restaurants & shops in walking distance - perfect for your stay. Highly recommend!

Emmanouela and Frank have been amazing and very kindly! They help us a lot before and during our trip. They gave us a lift from the port to the apartment and gave us a lot of precious advice. The apartment was perfect and wonderful: it was perfectly cleaned and they left us fresh water for all our stay and coffee. We had a speechless view of the sea and also the position was perfect, it was quiet and every place was easy to reach. The cost-quality ratio is very high!! Thank you very much again Emmanouela and Frank!

amazing experience

the room was exactly how it looks like in the picture. the staff was incredibly kind. they gave us some recommendations of places to eat and for any other thing we needed they were available. the room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable with a lot of pillows and outside you can chill in a bed and see the sunset and the stars. the room was quite and in a very good location.

- Emmanouela and Frank are absolutely lovely people and made us feel very welcome! - Lovely welcome of a fridge stocked with water, and coffee machine with pods on the dresser. - Don't let the location put you off, very short (5 mins) to the beach, maybe 10 to the harbour.. Plus approx. 10-15 minute walk to Marpissa. - The balcony was spacious and had a comfy bed on it, that overlooked the hills and you could see the sea, was lovely at night to just chill out it after a day at the beach. - The apartment was spotlessly clean. - The room was good size with everything we needed in it. - Bed was really comfy. - Air con worked great. - Shower was excellent.

- Just be cautious that the accommodation is next to a main road which you need to walk on for a maximum of 2 minutes to get to the quieter road that takes you to the beach/town.

A beautiful escape to paradise

Emmanuela is the perfect host who has designed the perfect accommodation. So many little touches made to each apartment, that make it such a wonderful place to stay. Emmanuela the owner knows true hospitality and makes you feel like you are home. I have never slept so well and felt so well rested before, a true escape to paradise. We will be back, thank you so muchfor taking such good care of us.

Lovely room with a nice view and congenial hosts.

A lovely family run business, couldn’t do enough for us including picking us up and returning us to the ferry port. The room was very clean and spacious and if we ran out of anything provided we only had to ask to get it replaced. Particularly liked the fresh figs from the garden. Run by some of the nicest people my wife and I have met on our trips to the Greek Islands.

It was a bit of a hike to the centre of Piso Livadi but the hospitality made up for that.

A comfortable and relaxing stay.

The location was perfect for us. A short walk to the beach. Supermarket and restaurants within a couple of hundred yards. Loved sitting on the terrace looking at fantastic views across to the sea.

The room was really spacious and with minimal decoration to help relax. The location is great because you stay in the best part of the island close to the best beaches and close by are many amenities

Very nice stay with nicest hosts!

The appartement was nice, enough space with a kitchen equipment that was good for making a small breakfast and a good coffee machine, the bedroom was also perfect and the beds were really comfy! There is a very good tavern right next to the accommodation and you can reach a few nice beaches in walking distance (up to 30 min). Emmanouela and Frank are more than heartwarming persons, helping you out with anything you need, they even took us from the port and brought us back. Thank you very much!!

The only thing we did not like that much was the bathroom, as the shower was quite low and it got all wet. But it did not make our stay less nice! :)

Self catering so no breakfast expected! Location was a little way from the beach bur really not very far, a 15 minute gentle walk.

A larger mirror hung a little higher. Had to crouch to use it and I'm not especially tall.

Emmanouela is very nice and friendly and was very helpful! The hotel is clean and newly rennovated. The position is good, 15 min to Noussa and very near to same of the most beautiful beaches and Piso Livadi. Thank you for everything!

The property is beautiful and we had a nice time walking to the beach and restaurants in Piso Livadi and visiting nice villages on Paros. We enjoyed the stay thanks to the host Emmanouela. We were on one week vacation and she was beyond hospitable! She was always reachable by WhatsApp. Good location of the apartments (Logaras and Punda beach, supermarkets, banery and great restaurant Anna&Giorgos nearby). We liked very much the set of greek cosmetics Korres. Amazing place!

The water in the bathroom did not drain well but we managed 😉

Perfect stay in Paros

Our apartment was fantastic, clean, calm and cozy. Very good location, 5 min from the little port of Piso Livadi. Also bakery and supermarket close to the accommodation. Our host Emmanouela was amazing, very kind and friendly.

El llit super còmode i la dutxa. Ens han deixat capsules de cafe nespresso i aigues. Ben ubicat

La pica del lavabo estava fora de lo que era el WC i la dutxa. Faltava un drap per la zona de la cuina.

De accomodatie was op een mooie plek met mooi uitzicht dichtbij Piso Livadi. Wel handig om zelf eigen vervoer te hebben zodat je niet afhankelijk bent van de bus of taxi. Emmanouela is een fijne gastvrouw en reageert snel.
