- Communication before arrival (at arrival the lady speaks only German and Croatian) - Check-in made possible earlier than usual - Clean, toilet paper, towels...

- Location: very far from the sea, no road for pedestrian, accessible only by car - Garden dirty and completely abandoned - Not children friendly, as advertised (trampoline dirty and left aside, gate not closing, no adequate space to play) - Small kitchen - AC not working in the rooms
