The Oakland plaza - Nehru Place by Orion Hotels

I really liked the ambience, the staff was very polite and helpful, the room was just perfect. Really enjoyed my stay here and would love to stay again! Overall , it was a great expereince.

This is a decent property with buffet breakfast, with is more than enough I would say.

The washrooms are very old and look dirty. Even the towels were not very clean.

For the food bill the hotel deducts an extra amount of approx 1000 rupees from my card and the front desk guy told me that it will be returned to me. I have shared my bank details but still have not received the amount. I have followed up with the front desk guy but he promised several times but no refund from one week.
