Family Nest on Lake Como

Posizione comodissima, vicino al lago e ai ristorantini del posto, tutto raggiungibile a piedi; serramenti che tengono fuori ogni rumore, ambienti ampi e curati Anche se non si può posteggiare vicino alla casa, c’è sulla strada principale un’area dove fare carico e scarico dei bagagli

C’è stato un problema col condizionatore che perdeva acqua, ma sono stati solleciti a rispondere e ci han detto avrebbero risolto il mattino dopo Eravamo un po' preoccupati di non avere un posto auto riservato, ma alla fine abbiamo messo la macchina a pagamento, i posti pubblici non erano poi così pochi Abbiamo comunicato via whatsapp e fatto il check in e out in autonomia, comodo ma un po’ spersonalizzante Consiglio di far presente nelle descrizioni che per accedere al bagno bisogna passare dalla camera matrimoniale : noi eravamo in due, quindi nessun problema, ma se avessimo avuto altre persone con noi sarebbe stato condizionante

Great location on the lake with lovely views and peaceful town.

The host operates from larger company in Como making it more difficult to feel a good level of care for guests, also they were not very flexible to allow us to use the umbrellas when it was raining as they are ‘not for guests’

Spacious, renovated apartment in old house (not renovated). Nice gestures like complimentary eco soap and noodles. Apartment was very clean (stairway to it not so much). Easy communication via WhatsApp.

Check in process with a last minute msg to sign lengthy contracts. Not convenient when on the go with mobile. Location right next to the main street (noise, air). We found the value not to match high rate charged (high season). AirCon didn't work, despite having been fixed the very day.
