Great location close to the square

The location of the apartment is close to all the main amenities, or just a short walk with some hilly sections. Parking facilities are spread throughout the village and during my stay in Pissouri, there was a concert on at the amphitheatre, which meant more traffic. It is possible to park close to the property. I did have an issue with the key, but this was resolved by the owner without any difficulty, within an hour. The apartment itself was very clean and tidy, though it would benefit from a lick of paint here and there to freshen-up the overall look. Good for a couple or single traveller (one double bedroom) and has a balcony that looks out over the valley and to the sea. My wife and I found the furnishings very comfortable, including the bed. All linen and towels were supplied. Bathroom was smaller than we are used to, but it is functional and served its purpose - all the apartments in the block will be similar. There was also cooking facilities, a kettle, microwave, coffee maker and all associated crockery, utensils and glassware, though we did not use any of it due to staying for just one night (and ate out at one of the many nearby tavernas).

The idiots on motorcycles racing up and down the street in the early hours of the morning - I suppose this could be said for anywhere in the world! The sudden noise did not last for long. The location, including a paved slope, followed by a short flight of stairs up to the apartment's main door, may not be suitable for anyone who is wheelchair bound, or has difficulty negotiating stairs/slopes. (Not a 'dislike' for me personally, but just a clarification to help others when deciding to book).

Premesso che non abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento ma in altro simile che il proprietario, Perry, ci ha messo a disposizione, vicino al mare, dato che era libero. Questo appartamento si trova sul paesino di Pissouri in cima ad un poggio (siamo andati a vederlo una sera) mentre quello dove abbiamo soggiornato è praticamente a Pissouri Beach. A noi andavano bene entrambi, ma sicuramente questo di Pissouri Beach ha più disponibilità di parcheggio rispetto all'appartamento su nel paese. Perry è una persona molto divertente. Ci siamo ritrovati al suo ristorante (come indicato su booking per il check-in) per poi andare all'appartamento. Al suo ristorante ci abbiamo anche cenato una sera. Tutte cose tipiche cipriote. L'appartamento, almeno quello dove siamo stati noi, ha tutto l'occorrente per potersi anche cucinare qualcosa, e c'è pure lavatrice, stendino, phon. La camera è bella grande, il letto comodo. Bagno non enorme ma vivibile. Condizionatore presente sia in camera che nell'ingresso. La zona è molto tranquilla. Ci sono tanti appartamenti in affitto. Per la spesa ci siamo affidati ad un minimarket sempre a Pissouri Beach.

Odore sgradevole che saliva dagli scarichi del bagno. Basta areare un po' camera/sala per fa si che se ne vada.

Good location. If you are early risers though the noise from the bar street at 2.00am would put some people off. Just to let people know there is a church a few hundred yards away and Sunday morning the bell gets rang very early.

Parking close by very difficult. Several problems. Some worse than others. Bulbs in lights not working but landlord addressed it quickly. Wifi very poor. T.V not working and not sorted. Bathroom shower cubicle came away from the frame and we could not close the shower door. Was not fixed before we left. Bathroom plug missing and hot water only trickled from tap. Power point close to T.V was shorting. Kitchen hot tap did not turn on. Stiff front door lock made the door difficult to unlock and lock. Bed Sheets were old and smelt of cigarette smoke. Lamp in lounge not working. All these points were reported to the landlord and it is hoped will be addressed before the next occupant.
