二階のパノラマに宿泊しました。当日スタッフの方の対応がとてもよく 宿泊に関しての事前の質問も、担当の方が丁寧に案内や回答を頂けました。 お部屋もきれいでした
三階スカイラインのワンフロア宿泊がなかったので騒音や困りごとは特になかったのですが 浴場のお湯を替えられないことや水圧が低いのは少し気になりました。 あとスマホの電波、au回線は全くつながりません。ドコモ回線や楽天電話は使えます

Great apartment that is quiet, well conditioned with good layout for group of 7-8. We cooked most nights and really liked the large dining / living area where we can spend time together. The size of rooms were also generous and the kitchen had most of the appliances and utensils we needed. Dan, Taiyo and the Hakuba Lodge Coop operators were fantastic providing help, support and transport when needed.
Transportation was sometimes difficult as the apartment is a bit far. More information on transportation options would have been nice. Kitchen appliances and utensils were adequate. Newer appliances / utensils would be a bonus.
