it is close to the bus station. The bed is comfortable and the cats are pleasant to be around
There isnt a sink inside the bathroom

Close to bus terminals. Backpackers atmosphere.
The rooms are neglected, even dilapidated. This also applies to the shared bathroom. I would prefer fewer instructions posted everywhere for guests, and free access to the front door without having to ask for it every time.
