Nightingale Villa

The villa was beautiful and the location perfect for a relaxing holiday. Just a few tweaks and it would have been even better. The bar close by was handy for fabulous cocktails and food.

The taxi driver couldn’t find the villa so maybe a map or a what three words location may have been handy. The key pick up was very stressful as we had to pick up from a bar when we didn’t even know where the villa was. A key box would have been a much better idea. Note to others the villa is directly behind Planet Fusion. The villa was lovely but could do with more umbrellas to hide from the sunshine. Information on local supermarkets and how to get to the beach would be handy in the information folder.

A lovely villa in a brilliant location, we would definitely recommend! The layout is great for older families especially - the upstairs suite is beautiful but as parents you would need to be able to trust your kids to be downstairs on their own. Loads of space, great patio/bbq area overlooking the good size pool in a lovely garden setting. We spent a wonderful two weeks as a family of five, dividing our time between pool and beach, which is a less than 10 minute walk away. The host is very attentive, available at the end of a whatsapp before and during the stay, with arrival/departure process sent in advance making everything very easy.

Arguably unusual not to have wifi in the villa so make sure you know your data limits - it wasn’t a problem for us and it was actually really nice to have a couple of weeks with reduced reliance on technology for entertainment. The only other thing we thought is that a pool cover might help keep some of the heat in at night as being fairly early in the season it was a little chilly to get in in the morning.

Great location, close to the beach. Spacious house

No internet, you need to go to a pub close by to get connected. No nightingale, but a bunch of noisy seagulls on the rooftop terrace, which is closed off as they are nesting there. Seagulls helped themselves to our first dinner. Check in is at 5pm and check out 10am which is inconvenient.
