It has been a pleasant stay with a very nice landlord.

The location is quite convenient, almost directly at the lake. The apartment has enough space for the family. The kitchen is well equipped. The landlord is very nice. She answers the message well in time and gave useful information to help out.

The Wi-Fi has a limited range. It works quite well in the living room, but not so well in the bedrooms.

A great base from which to explore the area. I would definitely recommend it and hope to return.

Very handy location, close to restaurants and cafes, close to the lake. Staying at La Casa di Marzia is like staying at a friend's house, it feels like home. The little garden is beautiful, and would be perfect for summer (we stayed in December).

Kind people and clean, spacious, apartment

Owners were very kind and accomodating when we needed something. The owners live in the same house, but different entrance, and we had enough privacy. The apartment was spacious and very clean. It is on the ground floor and shaded from hard sun, but also bright. Rooms have enough space and closets. Beds are soft. Bed sheets and towels are included. The location is about 50 m from the town centre with restaurants and close to the beach. The nearest beach is clad with bigger stones, but within a walking distance is also a pebble beach suitable for children.

Exceptional

Our stay at Casa di Marzia was just magic right from the start when we were warmly greeted by Marzia and her mother Elena who live above the Appartement. Casa di Marzia is located in a quiet side street literally 2 min walk from Lake Garda and Restaurants. It was great to leave the car and just stroll from the house to the lake . There are two A/C units in the Appartement in case it gets hot - but when we were there we didn’t need them. kitchen is fully equipped and we even found a bottle of Bardolino Red wine on the first Day that Marzia left for us as a Welcome gift . If we ever go to Lake Garda again I will make sure we stay at Casa di Marzia .

Exceptional

The apartment is beautiful and very smart, we had all we needed including a private garden that was very nice to have just for our use. This is an old charming building with big walls so I would say it is a good soundproofing. The place looks bigger in reality than in photos and it really feels like home The location is amazing, just a few steps from the lake and all lovely bars and restaurants, Lidl is around 10 mins walk, there is also a bus stop near by. I would definitely like to come back to this place! Thank you Marzia for a nice welcome 😊

Tolle Ferienwohnung, mit lieben Daitails

Mega kleine Ferienwohnung, mit viel Liebe zum Detail, nicht unbedingt modern, aber komfortabel und gemütlich. Genial ist die Nonna, immer mit einem wachtsamen Auge, was wir als sehr sympathisch empfunden haben. Knapp 150m bis zum See. Sehr zu empfehlen ist das Weingut Casetto, ist nicht sehr weit weg das hat uns sehr begeistert. Tolle gegend zentral gelegen zwischen Bardolino und Larzise.
