Great place to relax in summer

Arianna, the host, gave us a warm welcome, with good advices. The apartment is clean, confortable, well equipped and quiet. It has AC in the bedroom and kitchen/living room, good shutters to sleep in the dark and a table outside next to the entrance. It is located a few meters away from a supermarket, a bike/moped rental shop (not tested) and to the lake shore.

Minimum of 20 min walk to Bardolino or Cisano town center. It was fine for us because the walk along the promenade is enjoyable with nice view along the lake and several restaurants (not necessary to reach the town center to get food).

Beautiful stay in Bardolino

Arianna is an amazing host, always responded very quickly and was so helpful. She helped with taxis, any issues she resolved instantly, she gave advise on places and even left a little gift for us on arrival. Could not fault the property, it was so clean and modern and had everything we needed.

Nic apartment but not great location

The property has been refurbished to a high standard. The apartment is large and airy with very good air conditioning. Everything is new with modern decor. Superb large bathroom again fully refurbished with a powerful shower. We were met at the property and shown around, with explanations of how everything worked.

The noise. Unfortunately this apartment has no noise insulation at all, you can hear every conversation, bathroom visit and tv show from your neighbours. These are not holiday apartments so many people who live there have to get up for work early or they arrive home late. They were not particularly noisy or doing anything wrong but you could hear everything. Our apartment was above a blind and canopy shop manufacturing the blinds on site. Some mornings we were awoken at 7.30 am with banging and hammering. If you are an early riser on holiday, this will not be a problem. However, we felt even on a Sunday it was too much noise.

Excellent location, well equipped and a great host !

Location, close to SPAR supermarket. , close to bus stop , We were offered an alternative at Via Cristina 7 . Marco is a very good host . Since we had a lot of bags he was kind enough to pick us up from the bus station . The apartment has all the facilities of a home . It I very clean and well maintained . The lake can be seen in bits from a spacious balcony . Definitely recommended .

A great place to stay, a few minutes walk to Lake Garda, slightly away from the hustle and bustle.

The apartment was spacious and quiet as it is not on the main road. A Lidl supermarket is very near. Marco was very friendly and helpful. There was parking with an electronic gate. When a problem arose with the external gas connection to the property, the owners dealt with the problem very well and moved us to a beautiful apartment for the last two nights of our stay, nearer the centre and treated us to a free meal in one of their restaurants. Thank you!

Alles was goed, niks op aan te merken!

Veel ruimte, hygiënisch, goede locatie, aparte parkeerplek en supermarkt om de hoek. Arianna is ongelooflijk vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ze verwelkomde ons met een flesje van hun eigen heerlijke wijn!

De luide buren, maar daar kan de host niks aan doen natuurlijk.

Zentrale Unterkunft, sehr zu empfehlen

Einfach alles. Neu renovierte Wohnung in einem großen Wohnhaus. Zentral gelegen zwischen Bardolino und Cisano. Unkomplizierte Abwicklung. Parkplatz im Hof. Alles wichtiger in unmittelbarer Nähe Sehr nette Vermieterin.

Das Bad war das einzige Zimmer, das nicht völlig neu gemacht war. Aber überhaupt nicht schlimm, alles gut. Die Vermieterin erwähnt auch, dass es demnächst ebenfalls erneuert werden soll .

Ruhige Lage, mit kleinem Seeblick. Gut ausgestattete Küche , im Bad Seife fürs Duschen und Hände Waschen vorhanden. Gleich um die Ecke ein kleiner Supermarkt . Seepromenade fussläufig gut zu erreichen und nach Bardolino rein knapp 1 km

Ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt am Gardasee! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Uns hat wirklich alles gefallen! Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden! Arianna, die Vermieterin, ist super! Sie ist sehr hilfsbereit und war stets gut zu erreichen! Die Wohnung hat eine gute Größe und ist modern und schön eingerichtet. Sie ist mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet und sehr sauber! Die Lage der Wohnung ist super! Man ist in 5 Minuten am Gardasee. Eine tolle Pizzeria und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ganz in der Nähe! Zum Sandstrand nach Lazise waren wir ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Rad unterwegs. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall nochmal wieder!

Eine tolle Wohnung für Paare oder Familien in der es an nichts fehlt

Zu allererst möchte ich Arianna loben, die immer erreichbar ist und tolle Tipps für Ausflüge, essen und co hat. Danke hierfür. Zur Wohnung gibt es auch nur zu sagen, dass sie wirklich top ausgestattet ist und man hier eine tolle Zeit verbringen kann. Die Klimaanlagen in den Zimmern sind Gold wert bei den heißen Temperaturen. In der Küche fehlt es an nichts und mit Geschirrspüler ist es praktisch. Die Betten sind auch sehr bequem. Im Bad hat man genug Platz als Familie und die Dusche ist sehr geräumig. Auch das es eine Waschmaschine gibt, ist sehr praktisch. Es gibt eine kleine Terrasse mit zwei Stühlen und einem Tisch und vor dem Haus kann man zb eine Decke ins Gras legen und sich sonnen. Die Lage ist gut. Ein kleiner Supermarkt, in dem man aber alles bekommt, ist gleich um die Ecke. Nach Bardolino läuft man ca 15 Minuten am Ufer entlang, was eine absolut schöne Strecke ist. Ebenfalls am Ufer entlang kommt man auf ca. 45 Minuten nach Lazise. Der Weg ist ebenfalls sehr schön und zu empfehlen. Hier unbedingt in die Bäckerei Panificio La Bottega gehen! Was man auch nicht vergessen darf, dass es einen überdachten Stellplatz gibt. Alles in allem eine tolle Unterkunft. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Einzig, ein paar Haken zum Aufhängen der Handtücher in der Nähe des Waschbeckens im Bad waren noch nützlich. Aber das ist jammern auf hohem Niveau.

Tolle Wohnung mit allem was man benötigt und supernette Vermieterin

Super Lage in Bardolino, man ist schnell am See, es gibt viel Platz, um seine Sachen in den Schränken einzuräumen (auch im Bad); Super war auch der große Gefrierschrank für die Kühlakkus; Die Dusche ist zwar ein wenig eng, aber hat uns nicht gestört. Arianna, die Vermieterin, war sehr nett-die Kontaktaufnahme im Vorfeld hat über WhatsApp super geklappt und Arianna hat uns viele gute Reisetipps gegeben und auch dafür gesorgt, dass wir für den Venedig-Ausflug mit dem Bus ganz in der Nähe von der Fewo abgeholt werden. Sie hat angeboten, dass wir uns jederzeit melden können, wenn Fragen oder Probleme sind- das hat uns gut gefallen.

Fyra fantastiska dagar i vackra Bardolino med vingårdabesök och härlig båttur på Gardasjön.

Rymlig och fräsch lägenhet med allt man behövde. Ligger ca 2 minuter från strandpromenaden och sedan är det ca 15 minuters promenad till själva centrum av Bardolino men det finns även restauranger i närheten av boendet. En stor supermarket och cykeluthyrning alldeles intill boendet. Värdinnan Arianna som tog emot oss var fantastiskt serviceminded och hjälpte oss med att boka besök på vingård mm.

Eine Reise wert, viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten, Aktion und Entspannung.

Sehr gute Lage, in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß am See. Schöne Promenade mit vielen Restaurants und Cafés. Viele Straßen und Winkel laden zum Einkaufsbummel ein. Mit dem Fahrrad kann man sehr gut am Strand entlang fahren und immer wieder schöne Badestellen finden. Ausflugsziele in der Umgebung gibt es sehr viele. Oliven, Olivenöle und Weinproben werden oft angeboten.

Tolle Unterkunft auch für einen längeren Urlaub

Sehr nette Vermieterin, die Wohnung sehr gut ausgestattet, ordentlich und sauber. Es macht alles einen neuwertigen Eindruck. Das Stadtzentrum ist fußläufig zu erreichen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es direkt vor der Tür. Wir würden die Unterkunft wieder buchen.

Mega Lage

Ein wunderbarer Urlaub! Mega Lage, ein gut sortierter Supermarkt direkt um die Ecke und keine 5 Minuten zum See. Unsere Ansprechpartnerin war sehr freundlich und konnte gut deutsch. Der Kontakt war jederzeit telefonisch und per WhatsApp möglich. Der Balkon ist zwar klein, aber man hat einen wunderbaren Blick auf die Berge. Gerne wieder!

Ein schöner Urlaub, durch die schöne Gegend/See, die Ferienwohnung ist gut mit einigen Nachteilen.

Eine sehr nette Gastgeberin, alles sehr unkompliziert. Die Wohnung ist für 2 Personen ausreichend gross und sehr sauber und in einer guten Lage. 3 Minuten zur Seepromenade und 15 Minuten zu Fuß nach Bardolino. Ein kleiner Discounter direkt in der Nachbarschaft, Eurospar in 1,5 km Entfernung. In Bardolino gibt es viele Restaurants. Mit dem Fahrrad lassen sich alle kleinen Badeorte, wie Lazise oder Garda bequem erreichen, wir haben uns in diesem Bereich die beste Badestellen immer ausgesucht. Man kann sich auch am See Liegen mieten für 7 bis 10 € pro Tag. Im Hof vor der Wohnanlage befindet sich eine Rasenfläche mit 2 Liegen zum relaxen oder Grillen (Grill muss selbst mitgebracht werden). Parkplätze für PKW und Fahrräder direkt vor der Tür. Der Parkplatz wird Nachts verschlossen.

Kleinigkeiten die man abstellen kann: Toilettenpapierhalter fehlt , nur ein Zahnputzbecher, wenig Tassen. Viel zu wenig Steckdosen in der Wohnküche. Durch den hell gefliesten Fußboden in der gesamten Wohnung, wirkt sie nicht gerade gemütlich. Die beiden Minibalkone braucht man eigentlich nicht erwähnen; es sind nur Fenster mit einer Plattform, Nur Platz für den Wäscheständer. Weitere Fenster gibt es nicht, auch nicht im Bad, dafür sind sie mit Aussenrollos ausgestattet. Die Duschkabine ist sehr klein(70x70) und für große Urlauber unbequem. Die ganze Wohnanlage ist sehr hellhörig, Dauermieter und Feriengäste unter einem Dach. Fernsehgeräusche bis 01:00 h und Wachmaschinenbetrieb ab 06:00, dazu alle anderen "menschlichen" Geräusche fast die ganze Nacht.

Gute Lage, nah am See

Arianna hat sich sehr gut gekümmert und ist auf unsere Wünsche und Kritik sofort eingegangen. Der Check in war reibungslos. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht und ist sehr geräumig. Die Lage ist gut. Bardolino Altstadt ist in ca. 10 Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen. Der See ist nah, 3 Minuten zu Fuß. Um die Ecke ist ein Lidl und eine Apotheke sowie eine kleine Bar.

Es ist sehr hellhörig und die Nachbarn sehr laut.

Jederzeit gerne wieder das Appartement Caba Holidays

Das Appartement ist neu renoviert und sehr schön und vor allem großzügig. Unseres hatte 2 kleine Balkons auf der Rückseite des Gebäudes - sehr vorteilhaft da Schatten und daher bestimmt im Sommer angenehm. Klima vorhanden im Wohn/Küchenbereich und im Schlafzimmer. Parkplatz überdacht und abgesperrt - sehr gut! Die Schlüsselübergabe war unkompliziert und per WhatsApp ohne Probleme möglich. Adriana spricht gut deutsch und ist immer erreichbar bei Fragen. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und können es nur empfehlen! Die Lage zum Ort Bardolino ist gut - über die Uferpromenade ist der Ort in ca. 25 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.
