Everything was perfect! Good location accessible by taxi, couple of steps from Medina, super super friendly staff, helpful and knowledgeable. Very tasty food and coffee in the restaurant. Clean and comfortable room.

Brilliant location, just outside the pedestrianised section of the medina, so it's accessible by taxi for arrival and departure, but very easy to walk into the medina. The staff couldn't be nicer, and the on-site restaurant is wonderful. The shower was big, with a nice full sliding door and lots of hot hot water, though the rest of the bathroom was pretty snug.

Because there's a restaurant downstairs, as well as a roof terrace, the place tends to be noisy, with restaurant patrons going up and down the stairs right outside the rooms. I had a top-floor room (A quadruple - room #7), just under the terrace, so there was lots of chair-scraping noises until quite late. Also, there's a lot of noise from the street below - it seems to be a popular street for kids to play. The curtains in my room were very thin, letting in lots of light. My room had only a hat stand with two hangers, so nowhere to hang clothes.

Room was clean and in a convenient location (not far from the main road so taxis can get there easily), free breakfast too

Main issue is with customer service and the tour I booked with them Booked a tour to "Moyen atlas (volubilis , Meknes , Azrou .....)" where the customer service was perfunctory over chat, they were thankfully better F2F. However, the tour didn't turn out so well and I gave feedback to the hotel who never bothered replying: - No contact details of guide was given at all. Ironically I got the contact details from another tour participant - Was told that the tour will start at 8am but the driver didn't come until 9:30am, I couldn't even follow up with the guide until the manager (who came in after 8am) told me. I could have used the extra time to explore the city more or sleep in. This made the tour end later than expected - Volubilis ticket NOT included in the tour, no Azrou too - Driver in the tour irresponsibly told me to take the petit taxi by myself to the train station in Meknes (I ended my tour in Meknes instead of Fes) despite having ample time to send me there/arrange alternative transport since other tour participants were due to leave hours later than me. After many rejections from taxis, I finally managed to get to the train station on time with the help of a local which was unnecessary stressful The hotel charged me 380 dirham for this substandard tour when I could find it on another reputable website for half the price. Worse still, the website stated that it actually started at 9:20am so I was misinformed by the hotel and the hotel certainly didn't bother giving me the right info. Suggest that you book a tour with someone else or online as the hotel customer service was perfunctory and unhelpful.
