The hotel and room is okay, no complaints for the price. But please do not rely on their “24 hours shuttle” because they DO NOT HAVE A 24H shuttle operating. Due to this issue, we cannot go to or come from Masjid al haram whenever we want to. This is very very inconvenient as we will have to pay and go by taxi if we dont get the bus which operates every one or two hours only. It’s such a waste of money. If I knew the shuttle operates only at specific times, I would have definitely NOT CHOSEN this hotel because you can’t even walk to Haram. Also the shuttle doesn’t even directly go to haram. It goes to a bus station, and we need to take another bus to the haram drop off and then walk for about 5 mins. It is not an ideal choice if you are going with family. Le meridien towers would be a way option as it ACTUALLY HAS A 24H shuttle operating.
