Great location! Provides a bit of privacy but still with a great view of the bikini beach. Close to some of the best restaurants on the island. But most of all, their hospitality is unmatched! They’re always ready to help with anything, even the smallest matter. When i had stomachache, their staffs were super helpful. The cleaner, Mostafa, even went to the pharmacy for us to buy some meds since we couldn’t communicate properly. He even got us coconut water along with the meds. The Indonesian ladies working in the restaurant as well, they prepared lemon water and porridge immediately after learning that i had stomachache, Asih and Jucinta were their name if i remember correctly. If i could name a few more, there’s Rajiv and Magic working in the reception area who were accommodating as well. Just all of them were amazing and I wish I could’ve repaid their service.

This hotel was right on point. Transfers well coordinated & fairly organized. The ferry was convenience. Hotel was clean, especially because NO CARPET!!
Everything else was great. The breakfast and dinner was great.
The ferry service when departing vessel @ airport at the completion of the trip.
The negative is with the ferry after reaching airport, there needs to be stairs when exiting the boat. The step up is dangerously high for young & old. It was just risky and 2 guys helping does not decrease the risk. The pulling of the arm of my travel mate was unacceptable. What if she had limitations in n shoulder,it they would have pulled it out of socket. The step was so high she had to fall down in sitting position to get to it. Some people are not able to extend leg to the maximum of hip rotation.

Jusika was a star. She was so attentive and pleasant. She genuinely felt concern for my well-being. She checked on and made me feel welcome. Many of the staff members were kind and friendly. On my last day they did a design and a message on my bed which was sweet. Breakfast was ok. The omelettes and pancakes were tasty. The bread was hard.
There was dead cockroach in the staircase. I reported it but when I took the stairs a while afterwards, it was still there. That’s unacceptable. Also, there were several cats in the restaurant during breakfast. It was uncomfortable. That may just be how things are on the island though.
