    Once in a while you find a place thats got heart and soul, and is also clean with a good nights sleep. THIS is that place! If you’re not into shared bathrooms (I’m not) just know these are full size, like a house, cleaned 24/7. I’m not sure how the cleaning lady did it but she did! It’s like a home with music downstairs and great food in a good location. Believe the hype! This incredible lady has created a special place to stay! I’ll be back!

    The room is nice and comfortable, however, the bathrooms are shared. There is also a small balcony to enjoy. The owner is very helpful and informative. Overall experience is beyond expectation. Have a remark that I stayed here on religious event which the bar downstair has to be closed. So, I have no idea how lively and loud the place could be. I noticed 2 pairs of ear plugs provided in my room.

    This guest house was absolutely perfect! Convenient location, a warm and welcoming host who even shared a list of amazing recommendations, and clean, cozy rooms stocked with free coffee, tea, and water. The daily room cleaning and fresh towels were a thoughtful touch. Downstairs, there’s a charming restaurant with incredible food and live music on Thursdays—it’s such a vibe! I truly felt at home here, and a huge thanks for making my Chiang Mai experience so special. Oh, and the adorable house cat? Total bonus—she’s always ready for scratches!
