Apartment am Zwingerteich

Beautiful, simple, comfortable apartment for our three nights, and in a perfectly central location to explore Dresden.

The apartment was the perfect size for two people and was very comfortable. It was well equipped, with everything needed for a pleasant stay. The kitchen had all the necessary appliances and utensils, with the only thing missing being a toaster. Parking was available on the street directly in front of the building, and we always managed to find a free space without any issues. The parking fee of €6 per day is also very reasonable. Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish. The instructions were clear and easy to follow, and the host was very friendly, responsive, and helpful. The keys need to be collected about a 5-minute walk from the apartment, but this was straightforward and caused no inconvenience. The location is definitely the biggest advantage of this apartment. It is within walking distance of the Zwinger and the city center, making it easy to explore Dresden on foot. There is also a grocery store nearby, which is very convenient. Despite being so close to the main attractions, the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, making it a great place to relax after a day of sightseeing.

The only small improvement I would suggest is adding a toaster to the kitchen. Other than that, we had a very pleasant stay and did not encounter any significant issues.

Mieszkanie w nowym bloku w świetnej lokalizacji - 5 minut spacerem do Zwingera. Czysto, duże, wygodne łóżko, spora łazienka. Kuchnia wyposażona w podstawowe przedmioty (czajnik, kubki, talerze, garnki), jest też ekspres do kawy, ale kawę trzeba mieć swoją. Parking pod blokiem - nie było problemu ze znalezieniem miejsca, 6 euro/doba. Klucze odbiera się ze skrzynki w innym miejscu (5 minut spacerem od mieszkania), ale odpowiednio wcześniej podany jest dokładny adres, więc to nie problem. Blisko sklep (REWE).

Das Apartment ist optisch ansprechend und sauber. Die Küche ist ausreichend ausgestattet. Die Lage zur Altstadt Dresdens ist kaum zu toppen.

Lampe über Esstisch defekt. Lüftung Bad defekt. Dichtung Dusche defekt (offensichtlich schon länger, da das Furnier der Badezimmertür schon gequollen ist). Vermieterin telefonisch nicht erreichbar.
