The owners! Very nice people, made us feel very welcome! The room was big and the bed was conmfortable, and the bungalows are surrounded by greenery, and it's calm and felaxing. Also they have a bunch of cute cats, which for me was definitely a plus! They rented us a bike and organized the trip back to Koh Tao for us at a competitive price.

The water pressure in the bathroom was not steady, sometimes it would drop and be very low. That's the only things I can think of. But even with that, it's still great value.

We had a triple bed room with an AC. It was very comfortable and beautifully decorated. There are both AC and fan, their combination was very good for optimal temperature and good night sleep. The AC is silent and didn't blow very cold air straight to you, we really enjoyed it without fear getting cold. Everything was clean and we had new bottles of drinking water every day. You can rent a motoroller at the hotel, which we did every day. The price was good and our rides were smooth and enjoyable. It was great that the price is for 24 h, not for one calendar day. The rooms are in a beautiful jungle garden, with all the fauna that comes with it. The owner helped us book our long ride to Khao Sok and really took the extra mile, when we wanted to do last minute changes. She was extra helpful, so in the end we ended up travelling to Khao Sok in 5 hours for a very good price and not waiting long in transfer hub in Krabi, which would be very hard, since we're travelling with a child. Thank you again!

The shower in our room was installed kind of silly - the tube is very short and right next to the toilet, so when we were showering everything got wet, toilet seat included. That was a minor thing and didn't bother us much.

The room was nice and comfortable, the staff/owners were welcoming and friendly.

We booked one night and decided to stay another night and offered to pay cash at the same rate as the first night, so they wouldn't need to incur the commission charge from Booking for the second night. Was disappointed later on the next day after being out for several hours, came back to find no room cleaning, no fresh water bottles, no clean towels, no new coffee/tea supplies. A quick trip to the reception area and no one around so I just helped myself to a couple of water bottles in the fridge there and made do without the other things. Next morning, there was large machinery working on the neighbouring property within a few meters of the bungalow for the 2 hours before we departed, excavating the ground and also bringing down large trees. The water was shut off during that time as well, without any prior notice. The owner did stop by to apologize about the inconvenience for the machinery.
