    It was an amazing place in and awesome location and we loved our stay. We were not put off by the little bits that could have been cleaner, especially considering how cheap it was. However others might be. We loved staying there and would have done so longer if they had more availability.

    Paid bill on arrival in BHT no cards accepted. Only receptionist and one waitress spoke English. No safe in the room.Stayed 3 nights and reported no TV working on day 1, by day 2 remotes disappeared and we gave up asking. Could not put food and drink against the room. Received 2 bills on for alcohol from the attached bar and one for food in the restaurant. Cash only. Needed ticket for breakfast. Very abrupt staff especially at breakfast. Hotel taxi driver expensive to Klong Jak. Should have used rank outside. Very tired accommodation and facilities. Pool much small than looks on photo.

    If you get it at a discount it would be pretty good place to stay as it's right on the beach. That being said, if you're paying ***/day, there are much better places. I stayed here for over a week.The unit I was in was very dated. The shelf in the bathroom was missing; there was no towel rack; water from the sink smelled like sulphur. It wasn't a huge deal, but there were no shelves for clothes, only 4 worn out clothes hangers and there was no TV. Having a roku TV isn't a huge expense and is expected by many at this price point. The pool is small and crowded; the ridiculous practice by some european tourists of putting towels on beach chairs and leaving them for hours was frustrating. Why do they think this is okay?! The staff were very kind, helpful and the buffet breakfast was nice. If you can get this place on a discount it's worth it

    Booked a standard room which is across road up a hill in the forest bit. Old fashioned smelt musty stains on sheets ants in balcony would not stay again
