It was value for money Great location Big garden Comfy beds Lots of space Fire place Braai Nice outside sitting area

No shower door things needed fixing (doors mainly) broken kitchen utensils Mold on the windows Dirty rubbish bag left outside from the previous tenants and then the monkeys got into it so there was rubbish all around the front garden/ door
