The location was outstanding. Over the road from the beach for swimming, water sports, boat ramp for launching trailer boat. A short walk to cafes and Rockingham beach bar and restaurant strip. The bedrooms were very comfortable.
There were some maintenance issues that need fixing. For the price of the property, maintenance could be kept up to date. A few examples. Inadequate fridge with broken shelves and no place to standup a bottle of opened milk/cooldrink/wine. Chair cushions were grubby and needed a wash. Toilet fan upstairs broken. Batteries in TV Remote were corroded. Fly-wires fallen off downstairs window and laying on ground. Frayed bathroom mat.

The location is in the centre of Rockingham, walk distance to the beach and short drive to the shopping centre and cafe.
The place is clean and nice, good for the family. Host is nice. We had a lovely stay.
