Spacious clean room with twin queen beds and stylish

Was clean, good location and friendly staff. . Didnt have a microwave which meant we we were forced to go out for dinner. AC wasnt fixed though a heater was supplied . Water we thought was free like all places we had been to that week but no, $5.50 . We rang after hours about the microwave and was told they woukd contact us the next day - didnt happen. Not really designed for budgets designed for eating in as no plates.... Overall its a great place to explore Brunswick Heads . The pool is great though we stayed in winter so couldnt use it..very good in summer I imagine. Guests downstairs were loud and partying .

Great location. Beautiful aesthetics and friendly staff. Complimentary push bikes are a great idea especially when the town streets are all paid parking. Love the town and this is a great spot to stay while visiting.

The air conditioning was not working, which made being inside the accommodation very uncomfortable and something we unfortunately had to avoid as there also was no windows to open up for natural airflow. I reported the problem, however, it wasn’t fixed during our two night stay even though apparently someone was going to come to inspect it. No compensation was offered, disappointingly, especially considering the premium price.
The poolside was very nice.
