O hotel é bem localizado; a equipe é atenciosa; e todos ambientes são limpos.
Os travesseiros, cobertas e roupa de cama poderiam ser mais confortáveis. A piscina térmica continua sem acesso interno, assim torna-se necessária a exposição ao frio, chuva e vento para entrar e sair dela. Além disso, a priscina térmica precisa de manutenção, seus azulejos estão danificados.
