The stay exceeded our expectation. It was a last minute plan and based on review in Booking.com we opted for Fairy Glen. The team at Fairy Glen made it felt like curated one. They had guided us right from the start what clothes to carry, weather in Coonoor, time to leave, which route to take till we reach the hotel. Even the person is available at junction to guide us to hotel as the road leading to it is narrow. They also recommended places to visit, eat and drive based on your preferences. It is best place to relax and unwind, it is not a hotel, it is ancestral property. You are more of a guest and that feeling of hotel and commercialisation is not there. The rooms are clean and well kept. You can spent time in and around the place without wanting to go anywhere. Lot of places nearby to enjoy and good restaurant and cafe is available. The staff will take good care of you during the stay and are always available.
