The owner, Maia, is so helpful and sweet. It was a comfortable place to stay with a beautiful terrace, air conditioning, and free WIFI. The location is also top tier, a super short walking distance from everything.
The bathroom was average, and we had trouble with mosquitoes.

Elevator or ramp for strollers and rolling luggage would be helpful.

Rooms are basic but very clean and comfortable. The shower has good pressure and hot water towels and sheets are clean, wifi is very good. Bed was comfortable. It is very quiet, but close to the centre for restaurants. Also a short walk to marshutkas for Mestia(go for 10 am) We recommend Diaroni Restaurant. We had breakfast at the hotel it was delicious and very plentiful and in a lovley dining room. The owner is very nice and helpful,

Modern, clean, good value, beautiful balcony views, kind owner who speaks good English. Also the breakfasts are huge and amazing.
Interior noise insulation is bad, you will hear conversations of other hotel guests. Also, not the fault of hotel, but Zugdidi has some of the loudest street dogs I’ve heard outside of Latin America, so you will hear those as well.
