A little dated but comfortable

Location is good. Room is clean. Kitchen has enough kitchen equipment. But there is no any ingredient to support. we have to buy new for all.

We can't contact any one during off hours. No one pick up the phone, Eventhough it is emergency no. And they have put the keys for all clients into 1 lock box. It's mean that Any one can reach your key easily.

Property was great

Parking. An entitled male Karen - Darren almost tripped up running up to us to complain about our car (Ford Ranger) being too big and told us we should park on the street, however we parked in our designated parking spot. Not today Darren!!

We had a great 12 night stay. The CBD location was excellent, with shops, restaurants, and public transport all within easy walking distance. It was very convenient for everything we needed. The room was comfortable, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and always happy to assist whenever needed.

While we really enjoyed the central location, the very comfortable beds, and the friendly, helpful staff, we felt the apartment itself could do with some refurbishment. It didn’t appear as clean as we expected, and several of the furniture and fixtures were quite run down. Some of the dining chairs were uncomfortable and had visible rips, while the window blinds and curtains had noticeable stains and discolouration. The dishwasher was dirty and had a foul smell when we arrived, so we had to run a cleaning cycle before using it. The bottom rack was broken and showed visible rust, and there was also rust on the dining table. Overall, although we appreciated the convenience of the location and the excellent service, we didn’t feel the apartment offered good value for the price we paid due to its overall condition.
