"Staff were very helpful. From booking unit to arriving were sent many emails etc to keep us in the loop. Carpark was free which was an added bonus and rental was quite affordable."

Location, pool, facilities
Bedding looks very dated, old sheets and not a proper doona cover, no shelf in the main bathroom and outside light was broken/had no bulb. Also, as per the sign in the apartment, encouraged to ask for more detergent, washing powder, dishwasher sachets etc as required but didn’t arrive with these before we left, a day later However, Sophie in reception was very helpful and pleasant to deal with

Had a hi lux car and was told it was to big to park in designated spot so I had to use Wilson’s car parting at my expense

The location was good.
The apartment was dirty. The curtains were filthy. The black out blinds covered in mould. Cockroaches and insects in the apartment. The coffee table sticky and dirty.
