Sea and Marina view Apartment

Good location. Within easy walking distance (5-10 mins) to beach, supermarket, restaurants, public transport and ferry to Troia. Spacious, modern apartment in very good condition. Comfortable living and fully equipped kitchen. TV with international channels. WiFi internet. Clean bathroom, good water pressure on the shower. Large balcony. External roller blinds on the windows, which can shut out light and noise. Friendly, responsive hosts. Welcome wine bottle. Clear communications prior to check in. Clear instructions inside the apartment on use of apartment facilities. Setubal is a very interesting place with nice people, good food and amazing beaches.

There is a bar just below the apartment which can be a bit noisy at times. Nothing excessive though during our stay. The bedroom has no air-conditioning. This means that if you want to use the external roller blinds to shut out sound and light, it can be difficult to maintain a constant and comfortable temperature inside the bedroom throughout the night, when it is hot outside. The bed is only 150 cm wide and has a foam mattress on a hard base. For us the sleeping comfort of the bedroom fell short of expectations in an otherwise excellent apartment in a good location.
