Peaceful nature retreat in a perfect location.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The apartment is PERFECT - literally a stone’s throw away from the station and an easy walk into town. The balcony area sold it to me and it is very peaceful. Host was so hospitable -I arrived much later than anticipated and he kindly met me to answer any questions. The accommodation was actually much bigger, I thought, than in the photos. Chiemsee is a beautiful place - around 20 minutes to walk from the accommodation and I would recommend hiring a bike and cycling around it. All in all a fantastic place and I will be back!

Nothing… but why have a panoramic photo of Rio in the flat when your own landscape is so beautiful?!

Nice and clean place, kitchenette had all equiepments we needed. Mattress was very good, though pillows were too soft for my liking.

Nice block house at a good location for a nice price.

This apartment is part of a very nice wooden house. The apartment is at the back of the house and thus very quiet. It's at the railway station (50 meters away). True, one can hear a train passing by at night but this seldomly occurs. The interior is very cosy with a small kitchen which would allows you to cook a simple meal anytime. Good bathroom and floor heating in it and also in the living/bedroom/kitchen. Nice terrace with a garden attached. And 4 parking places to be used. Of course you only need one. Bakery at less than 100 meters; center of town within 15 minutes walking minutes. Next time we go to Bernau we will certainly want to stay here again.

At night we switched of the fridge as well as switch 8 in the power cabinet since this made a little noise. The latter switched the time relay for the bathroom ventilator and can probably be fixed; I think it may be old or defective.

Super Aufenthalt, große Zufriedenheit.

Das schöne Zimmer bei der Ankunft, Hanuta und Blumen. die Sauberkeit, die wohltemperierten Räumlichkeiten. Der Aschenbecher auf der Terrasse. Der nette hilfsbereite Vermieter, der nahe Parkplatz. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Selbst Handtücher, ein Föhn und ausreichend Toilettenpapier.

Die Mikrowelle mit Back und Grillfunktion ist eine gute Lösung für die Räumlichkeit, aber man muss sich erstmal einfuchsen. Es ist nicht so schwer. Zwei Müslischüsseln wären gut, aber hab sie eh dabei gehabt.

Schöner Kurzaufenthalt im Chiemgau - jederzeit wieder

Kleines feines 1-Zimmer-Appartment in zentraler Lage mit separatem Eingang. Ausstattung ist wertig und ansprechend. Im Sommer ist der Balkon sicher sehr schön zu nutzen. Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Kochen, schlafen, essen in einem Raum im Winter ist möglich, wenn man sich einschränken kann.

Es war eine schöner Urlaub, wir kommen wieder .

Gute Ortsbeschreibung,sehr netter Empfang mit Blumen auf dem Tisch. Perfekte Lage direkt am Bahnhof mit stdtl. Verbindung Richtung München oder Salzburg. Gasthaus fußläufig erreichbar. Gemütliche saubere Wohnung ,mit allem was man braucht.

Auszeit am Bayerischen Meer

Die Lage ist für Reisende mit Bus und Bahn optimal. Mit Gästekarte umrundet man den Chiemsee sogar kostenlos. Schöne Terrasse für Frühstück und das abendliche Glas Wein. Sauber, nett eingerichtet, freundlicher Vermieter. Schnelle Hilfe bei Anfragen.

Die Küche ist einfach eingerichtet, reicht für Kaffee kochen und Ei braten. Der Bäcker nebenan hat leider dauerhaft geschlossen.

Keine Ablage unter dem Spiegel im Bad. Eine eigene Küche gibt es nicht, nur eine kleine Küchenzeile, war für mich aber ausreichend.

Die Ferienwohnung war sehr schön eingerichtet und hat alles was man benötigt. Die Lage war perfekt. Der Bahnhof war gleich gegenüber (Geräuschpegel sehr leise), es gibt verschiedene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, mit den Fahrrädern ist man überall (See) binnen ein paar Minuten gewesen. Der Inhaber war äußerst freundlich. 😊

Hier gibt es nichts zu meckern, bei einem längeren Aufenthalt wäre ein Backofen ggf. ganz praktisch.

Prima, würden wir sofort wieder buchen

Tolles Appartement mit allem was man braucht. Super Lage, wir waren mit den Fahrrad unterwegs damit ist man in 5 Minuten am See. Tolle Betten, super WLAN, großer TV. Nette Gastgeber.

Alles einfach mega toll!

Wir waren an einem verregneten Wochenende am Chiemsee. Dank der tollen Ferienwohnung im Blockhaus konnten wir den Aufenthalt trotzdem sehr genießen. Die Unterkunft ist extrem sauber, hat eine wirklich Topaustattung (vom Toaster bis hin zur Senseo Padsmaschine) Das Bett war auch sehr bequem und gemütlich. Wäre das Wetter schöner gewesen, hätten wir zu gerne auch die wirklich sehr schöne dazugehörige Terrasse genutzt. Das holen wir mit Sicherheit irgendwann noch nach! Alles in allem wirklich rundum zu empfehlen.

Für unseren Kurzurlaub war das optimal . Kurzer Weg zum Bahnhof (fussläufig) und die Räumlichkeiten (Küche) zweckmäßig ausgestattet mit allem was benötigt wird. Für uns auch perspektivisch eine gute Alternative!
