The apartment itself was beautiful, very spacious, very quiet, had comfortable beds as well as pullaway sofa, spacious bathroom, well-equipped kitchen, huge balcony/terrace with a seating area. Nicely decorated, makes you feel like at home. The only thing missing were the mosquito nets. 2 minutes walking distance to the beach, which was exactly what we were looking for. Would love to come back to the area, though Femaris as a host was a complete disappointment. I still rate the apartment 10/10, because it is well deserved for its beauty, but the company should seriously re-consider its customer service.

We had to pick up the keys (and also return them) in the Femaris office, which is about 10 kilometres from the actual apartment. We found this rather inconvenient. Also, the boy at the office spoke very poor English and it was not easy to communicate during the keys handover. Although he used a map, he indicated wrong parking place for us and also wrong entrance to the building. We would have expected such agency to provide much more professional service. However, this was not the end of our troubles. We found the apartment untidy, with sand everywhere, so we started our holiday by sweeping the floors. For a 5 day stay of 3 people we were provided with 1 (!) roll of toilet paper and 2 dishwasher tablets, all in filthy, obviously many times used messy paper bag. There was no liquid and sponge to wash the dishes (as we could obviously use the dishwasher only twice), no cloth to dry them, no basic shower gel in the bathroom, we had to go and buy everything. We also needed to use the washing machine, which was supposed to be available at no extra cost. The washing machine is actually not part of the apartment, but is situated in the basement of the building, and they charge you 2 euros for each cycle. But be aware, this does not include the washing detergand, it is only for the electricity usage. They also charge extra for the towels and bed linen (22.50/pp). For the price paid (almost 200 euro/night) I find it ridiculous. But at least, you are informed about this fact at the time of making the reservation and can opt for bringing your own. The agency also charged us extra for the city tax upon our arrival although it was not stated in the price conditions anywhere. We filed a Charge claim with Booking.com and the sum was returned to us (which proved us right), however, we find such practices as unhonest and unacceptable.

The place was great and localized near the sea. Good place to start the bike exploration of the island.

- Great location only few steps from the beach; - New, comfortable and well equipped apartment for two persons; - There is only one bedroom so any 3th or more adult will have to sleep in a sofa bed in the living room, which is ok.

- Towels and bed sheets ARE NOT provided, they cost additional 17 euros per person; - We had asked for a baby crib and it wasn't in the apartment; - Arrivels after 17:30 o'clock have no personal reception, so guests have the possibility to get the apartment' key in a safe-box located away (car distance) from the apartment.
