This lofty location is with very good main building management with 24 7 support. Lofty runs a separate rent program in same building but lacks daily cleaning and full time presence while at times offering lower pricing, so still very good ...if you do not need after hours support.
Lack of good 24 7 lofty support...example if your key stops working or safe batteries you may have to wait hours or more for a response. Lofty has to improve this. If you rent directly from building management you get excellent 24 7 support on site and daily cleaning.

Location, price, room.
My manual shower fossil was off and the connecting washer was missing. So that, otherwise I will stay there. I’m not sure if this apartment was rent and resold out. That’s what it looked like to me. The people next door kept asking if I wanted a clean and waiting for me to leave.
