The AC would leak, even with maintenance the problem was still there. Going to the room was a mission as it was an uphill and no easy access to the unit.

We really liked how separate the house felt, each bedroom was like being in your own hotel room. The pool was a nice addition. Very spacious, had everything we needed. Great fast wifi. Very clean & well stocked.

The location is at the top of a very very steep, long, and often slippery hill. Our friend (30 year old able bodied male) slipped walking down the hill and gashed his arm open on a metal grate the first night. I would not recommend to anyone unless they are physically fit or have a car. I would not want to take a scooter up this hill, definitely would not make it on my 125cc. The incline is way too steep and long and coated in slippery moss. The place was under construction so the first night the walk up to the house was very dangerous. There was no railing and large stacks of concrete blocks and piles of gravel. I do NOT recommend this home for children, maybe once they finish construction next year but absolutely not now. Way to many hazards just to enter the place. There was no staff or anyone around to ask for help. Nobody came for trash and there was nowhere nearby to take it so it was piled up at the end of our 7 night stay. Also a few of the taxis/grabs we took refused to take their car up the hill and would leave us at the bottom. So be aware if you have alot of luggage.

I knew there were 2 bedrooms, but I didn't realize that it would be 2-story, so if you have accessibility issues keep that in mind. Our room was also on the 4th floor, and the elevator only went to the 3rd floor, so we had to deal with an outdoor staircase that did not have a railing. Also, this villa is up a very steep hill, so we weren't comfortable walking to town, and had to call a taxi even though it was a short distance away. The woman at the frontdesk in the evening was friendly and helpful, but the woman in the morning was very unfriendly and made me feel as if we were a bother.
