The hosts were super friendly and responsive. We had an issue getting in one night and they were there in minutes. Great location right near termini station so could take the train anywhere. Hosts were very helpful with getting there, checking in etc.

They were very flexible with the check-in. The property is extremely clean, in a nice building with an elevator. Each bedroom has a bathroom, which was great for travelling with friends. The location is central, but the street was sketchy one night for about an hour. It was fine after though, so not a pattern.

Good location, easy to walk to Metro & main train station and restaurants & supermarkets. Good heating, comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen. Two bathrooms. Lift access also.
