We stayed at this bed and breakfast and would like to share our experience so that future visitors have a fair view. The couple running the place are very nice and welcoming, and we could see that they put some effort into hosting. For example, they prepared breakfast with care, even though the style of food wasn’t quite what suited us.
However, we also faced several challenges. Communication was a big issue – we could not communicate in English at all, and unfortunately, there was no phone connectivity or Wi-Fi signal in our room, which made using Google Translate impossible. The bed was also not very comfortable, which affected our rest.
Another important point for families: we asked for a baby crib for our one-year-old, but they did not have one available. They mentioned they had something very small that was not suitable, and they even said the baby could fall from it. For a bed and breakfast, we would expect them to have a proper crib available, since families do travel with young children.
On the positive side, the property does have an elevator, which was convenient for carrying luggage between floors.
To answer the short question: would we stay here again if visiting this city? Probably not, because of the basic issues with comfort, communication, and facilities for families. But we do want to stress that the people running the place are kind.
