Good spot, about a 40-minute walk from Via Toledo. The host was very friendly, and we received detailed video instructions on how to get to the flat before arrival. Quite comfortable double bed. There is also a terrace.
The bathroom needs a thorough cleaning, the towels were clean but worn.

The location is very good, very close to the airport. Around 25 minutes walking distance to Naples main train station. Every room has its own bathroom. Affordable stay. Also, easy communication wotr Rosa.
I would improve it a little bit like the kitchen appliances and focus more on the cleaning department.

Excellent accommodation facility. Don't believe reviews that are written with negativity. The hostess, Senhora Rosa, is a very attentive hotelier. Clean and comfortable. There is everything you need to stay. District. Convenient for those departing from Naples airport. Walking distance to the airport. 40-50 minutes at a leisurely pace. We liked everything very much. Senora Rosa did not leave us without attention, she answered all our questions. Whoever writes bad reviews, you are cheating. The linen is clean, the conditions are excellent, recommended for booking. The object deserves 11 points on the Bucking.соm scale.🌞The Internet is fast. Very comfortable price. We recommend it!

It's super cheap and close to the airport.
You really get what you paid for so basically not much 😉 it won't rain at you but it's not the place where you'd like to stay for more than a day. At around 3am someone tried to enter our room, turned to be a scared tourist that most likely didn't know where her room was so logistically wise not the best place
