Апартаменты находятся в надёжном месте , все двери с кодом, хозяин живет напротив , предоставляет всё для комфорта , оборудованная кухня , холодильник , кондиционер, дополнительная кровать, дверь закрывается , в спальне огромная кровать . Рядом разные магазины и лотки с овощами и фруктами , за углом свежие морепродукты . До центра минут 20 на троллейбусе 201 или автобус 202 , билеты по пути в табачном магазинчике . Хозяин Луиджи очень добродушный , не разу нас не побеспокоил , аэропорт в 10 минутах, но ночью самолеты не летают, стоимость 20-25 евро до аэропорта , такси заказал Луиджи за день до отъезда . Рекомендую всем , нам всё понравилось ! Спасибо большое за всё! Италия , ты супер !!!

Il soggiorno è stato perfetto...l'appartamento è dotato praticamente di tutto il necessario per permanenze brevi o lunghe (macchina caffé, kettle, dotazioni di prima necessità, cucina attezzata, lavatrice, climatizzazione multipla, terrazzino fumatori) e questo fa sentire molto a proprio agio...proprietà molto discreta e simpatica che consente la piena autonomia di movimento mediante fornitura di chiavi/codici di accesso alla struttura.

Nulla di significativo da segnalare durante il soggiorno... ma per non sembrare troppo 'di parte' direi che una presa in più in corrispondenza dei comodini (per la 'inevitabile' ricarica notturna dei cellulari) ed un tappetino antiscivolo in doccia sarebbero un ulteriore plus.

Apartament confortabil, dotat cu tot ce ai nevoie

The flat was very clean, beds were comfy and the little balcony was really nice to watch sunsets or sit out at after dinner for a smoke etc.

The location was not close to anything and the Ubers and transport are expensive so do not choose this flat if you’re on a budget. Each uber trip costed me 25 euros minimum even for a 7min drive to the airport THE WORST THING was the aircon - it was in the living room not the bedroom which blew my mind. We kept the door open between the living room and bedroom however that was not enough I would wake up several times during the night sweating because the air would not travel to the bedroom. The bedroom has a little fan which is incredibly slow and actually makes the room hotter. The tv is also in the bedroom so you can’t sit in the living room to enjoy the cool aircon for anything. Do not choose this accommodation if travelling in summer as it will not be a cool place to stay at. The flat still gets noisy from plumping in the walls and random sirens in the street which are not emergency vehicles. There was no first aid kit and because we had to walk so much we got blisters and there was not first aid kit to use. The shower was bad. The temperature control was atrocious it would get too hot or too cold with no in between. The drain in the shower is also really bad as the water would pile up quite quickly
