Great location, great clean place

Luz house is located in a cute little town right on the lake. It was amazing waking up in the morning and looking right at the water. House is very clean and spacious. Host is very responsive and helpful. We loved it here!

Charming place with plenty of room.

It's a magical place. Superb view of the lake, lots of room in the apartment, brilliantly equipped kitchen, large screen TV for the evenings, super clean. Really great place.

Let me stress that the place is still getting 10 star review :-) The shower cabin is so tiny that it's funny, The shower head is also affixed to the wall. There is little you can do in the immediate vicinity. You simply need to drive to get anywhere, or walk to the nearby village (next to a busy road...but there is a side walk ).

Nice, spacious and clean appartment with view of Lago d'Iseo

Nice, large and very clean appartment. It has a nice view of 'Lago d'Iseo'. There is a car park area in front of the house, which is on the hill and a bit outside of town.

The furniture and bathroom are old fashioned, but we heard that the owner plans to renovate the appartment. The price was a bit high, but we assume it was due to the end of year holidays.

Very nice view from the (quite big) terrace.

Apartment lacks some equipment. For example it was strange not to find wine glasses or Moka pot in Italy. Some equipment needs more attention - shower head fell on my head two times.

Great stay!

Everything flawless! Uncomplicated check-in, very nice and helpful hosts and a nice appartment with everything we needed including a big balcony. It was very quiet at night and the beds were nice and comfy. Also, everything was perfectly clean, spotless! All together really nothing to complain :)

Superb

Pretty much everything else is perfect for people who have no physical mobility issues - friendly host, very clean and well furnished spacious property with car parking, nice kitchen, Jacuzzi, big tv with Netflix and Amazon prime subscription. We stayed on the ground floor, so no views of the amazing landscape but a nice sunny garden is what you can enjoy instead.

Not for people with limited mobility and who use a wheelchair as the property is on a very steep gradient and unless you're an Olympic athlete, pushing a wheelchair uphill is something you can forget. So you always require the car to get out even if you want to take a stroll at the lake. Also the entrance to the bathroom is narrow and not for wheelchair access. Also there is no washing machine for your laundry and if you need to wash your clothes, you need to drive about 10kms to do so.

Beautiful appartment

We were in the basement. The appartment is really very nice, very clean, very big, with distinguished furniture, in the kitchen there is everything you need. The owner Gian is extremely friendly and helpful.

We were there for the 1st May and IT was quite cold,since no heating. But the owner gave as then an Electric heater, so it was ok. But this is alpine clima, so take rather some warm clothes with :)

Ruim en schoon appartement. Je loopt snel naar het meer en er zijn diverse plekken dichtbij waar je kunt zwemmen en even kunt relaxen aan het meer

Invenatatis in de keuken is vrij minimaal Huis ligt aan een zeer steile weg. Uitzicht is er niet echt vanuit de tuin.
