dinner closed at 8PM , but .. ok.

It was a quick decision to stay for the night in Katowice, so all I needed was a quiet room that would serve the purpose - give me a shelter for the night. As such, it exceeded expectations. The staff told me there was a party in the basement so it might be a bit noisy, but it wasn't. I enjoyed a good night's sleep, which is what I was after. The room was clean, all the facilities were in place and it was relatively spacious for a single.

Well, through no fault of the staff or management, there's little it terms of eateries around. However, the staff was most helpful when I ordered some food delivered to my room, so can't complain, really.

Good, tasty breakfast. Close to the center of city, but not the center, so it is pretty quiet Affordable price. Helpful, friendly reception staff. Guarded parking

Breakfast was good. Facility was clean. Staff were friendly.

Rooms didn't have a/c. It was very hot to stay in the room. Shower cabinet was extremely small, very difficult to shower. Looking at the floor plan, there was enough space to install a rectangular shape shower cabinet that could give little mote space. Faucet was installed too close to the edge of the sink. It was difficult to wash hands. Furthermore, shelf was installed above the sink too low. Impossible to wash face or spit out water after brushing teeth without water going out the sink that makes the floor wet. Bathroom has enough space for everything but planner did a very poor designing the floor plan/designing. Better floor plan design would not have cost much more money. Toilet is too high for short person to sit comfortably and relieve. Makes you wonder who the mater plan of the hotel was.... had no common sense of designing.
