Leesa Villa Safari Resort

The family that owns the place is super nice and went out of their way to give us the best experience. The food was good and we got a lot for what we paid. The safari they organized was very fun and we saw many different animals. Would definitely recommend!

The location is far away from restaurants and stores, and difficult to find. But thankfully the family is very helpful with picking you up and organizing transportation.

Finding the location can be a bit tricky at first since there’s no clear signage, but here’s a tip: look out for Eden Heaven Cottage. Once you find it, just follow the road further in and Leesa Villa is tucked quietly at the back like a little hidden gem. We had such a wonderful stay here. The team truly took great care of us from morning to night… breakfast, dinner, and even late-night snacks (yes, we were very well fed and very happy 😄). The meals were delicious, home-cooked, and thoughtfully prepared based on our dietary preferences, which made everything feel extra personal. The hospitality was warm and attentive without being over the top, just the perfect balance. We also booked our safari through them, and it was fantastic! We requested a later start at 10:30am instead of the usual 6:30am, and they happily accommodated us with no issues at all. Overall, such a cozy and memorable stay. Highly recommended if you’re looking for great food, kind hosts, and a seamless safari experience 🐘✨

Should have signage for easy access.

I arrived late and was still greeted like a friend. As I was dropping my things into the room, I heard a knock and found hot tea and cake and free water waiting for me on the porch. The bed is comfortable and large, the AC works a treat. There are travel adapters for your equipment. Best of all, this place is super quiet—there are no dogs barking at night, and you will sleep peacefully. The family is very friendly and accommodating. All in all, I highly recommend staying here.

The owners are very friendly and go out of their way to help you, the location is in the middle of the forest which is lovely and peaceful.

Getting to the place. The directions aren't great and it's actually inaccessible by car or tuk tuk, you have to call the owner and he'll come and pick you up in his off road jeep. Because of the remoteness you are stuck with having to use them for safari and dinner, as a result definitely got overcharged. They put 20% extra on the room bill, the dinner cost as much as the room, and the safari was probably double what you can get elsewhere, but due to the remoteness of the place, you can't just walk into town.
