What a beautiful place to stay! The condo was immaculate inside and the whole complex was beautiful. The one bedroom had generous size rooms and were appointed well. And the view of the beach from the front window and porch was great. I would stay here again and again.

The location was great. Steps away from the beautiful Brandeton beach. Close trolley stopManagement was helpful.The only negative would be the walls in the hall and bedroom had lots of marks or scrapes on the walls and needed to be painted and the door had a small gap where it closed and the little lizard tried to get in. We blocked the space with foil. So they couldnt get in. We enjoyed our stay

I was very happy with the unit, clean and well stocked with linens and kitchen essentials although the pizza pan needed to be washed. I was disappointed as I talked to Michael onsite about this that the pool/spa was not functional and I did not have a car so unless I took a ride service I could not get to Longboat Key for the optional pool experience. My rent included a pool onsite was not told when I rented that this was not available. Also for a couple of days I had no hot water at my shower until they could diagnosis and repair.
