There was a misunderstanding that took almost 10km of minutes because they couldn’t find my name on the third list since I booked online about a week ago. It was later resolved.

The staff borrowed me a cable so I can say they were nice but not sweet like they don’t even smile. They just keep straight faces .
The bed was not comfortable . The lady at the reception came to wake me up at 7am to ask if I want to rebook or not and to also ask for the cable that I had borrowed at night . Like at 7am ? Who does that . I was literally bored by that . I was not even offered a complimentary drink like ???
